    Sorry if this is a stupid question, but are those sizes Brazil sizes or EU sizes as the Havaianas website lists both. Im assuming they would be Brazil sizing however if someone could confirm, that would be great.

        So I based my purchase on the same presumption and understandably so given their sizing chart/guide is EU.

        Received my purchase today and the sizes are in Brazil sizes.

        I was expecting EU 43-44 when I made the purchase. What I got was 43-44 Brazil (effectively EU 45-46). FML!!!

        Actually I took up a live chat with Lowes and they said they do base there sizes on EU, so I should have received 43-44 in EU (not Brazil). Seems like it whoever picked the order made a booboo.

        This is how they rectified:

        1. Told me to keep the wrong ones I received
        2. They're sending me out the correct sizes today in EU 43-44.
        3. On one of the items they no longer had black left, I requested for navy instead (note: still full price at $14.95) and they obliged

        Credits to Lowes, customer service is top notch.
