Just because the shipping is free doesn't mean the product is….

  • OP, so how does these work? Does switching it ON imbue the small nib with capacitive properties much like our fingers?

    • Just turn on the pen and you can use it. That easy.

I understand that 'turn on and use it' easy part.
My question relates to how it works, the technical aspect.

A search on ebay for 'Stylus Apple' yields 8,917 results with price's starting from $1.00.

What makes your stylus worth the $38.81 investment?

    • It's in the colour red which adds extra horsepower to it.

  • "pens ain't pens" when it comes to tablets and some laptops.

At my sons' school the ones for their microsoft laptops have their names engraved ….. expensive if lost.

Some of the "sophisticated pens" are more than just a stylus, inconjunction with the right device they understand the angle to the surface so you can get wider lines, and they are also pressure sensitive (apple one has tiny pressure sensor in tip), etc.

It's why the apple pens and even the Logitech crayon are so expensive.

Stylus …. yeah they are about $1.00 ….. the pens that work properly inconjunction with Ipad pro, the new ipads, and Microsoft Surface, etc are smarter than the $1.00 styles you get.

    • That's really not relevant. This pen claims to work on any iPad, tablet, etc. What makes it better than the cheapies on eBay?

      • Looks better, has the inconvenience of having to use a battery, essentially is no better as it's still passive

      • it's relevant if you've just bought a new ipad and expect this to behave like a Logitech Crayon or Apple pen ….. it possibly won't.

  • *Length: 18cm, Diameter: about 7mm,

Now that's one fine pen. I wish mine was like that.

  • What's the difference between this and the Apple pencil?
This also seems to be an active stylus in that it needs power to operate.
Curious to know how this works as it's far cheaper than the Apple pencil

    • Difference:

      1. Apple pencil can be only used on ipad Pro. But Pendorra pen can be used on all smart phone and tablet- for ios, Windows and Andorid system.
      2. No need to install extra APP or software. Just turn on the power and you can use it directly
      3. more colors for option.
    • apple pencil understands if you angle it that the line should be broader, and if you press harder that it should be darker ….

If this pen works on all those devices it can't be an active pen. Must duplicate finger touch capacitive with just a fine point. Unlikely to have pressure sensitive.

  • Will this work with Microsoft Surface?

    • Yes

      • Thanks for the reply. I can't seem to find confirmation anywhere else online that this would work with MS Surface. What is your refund policy if it doesn't work?

        • You just email us and we will assist if you have any problem on using it. if the pen is not working, we will replace or refund.

  • I can't vouch for this product, but I've been using a similar product, Dotpen, for the last year and a bit.

It doesn't have any pressure or angle capabilities but I carry it with me every day and enjoy using it for certain applications, in particular doing picross puzzles, played Hitman Go, Lara Croft Go and Deus Ex Go with it, and just plain old web browsing. The fine tip makes small text web links easier and doesn't block as much screen during the games.

My Dotpen is pretty beat up and falling apart, considering this.

  • Negged for misalignment as shown in reps video, and insistence it is active when it is clearly a passive stylus.
