  • wtf i cancelled it and weeks later get this email saying my member ships been refreshed and i have one credit right as im about to be Billed

    • You get two free credits. One at the start one after a month. Calm your farm. 🙄

  • Has anyone been able to use their credits? i can see them in my Amazon account but when i try and use them i get a page that shows to red boxed with a error symbol at the top but no actual indication of the error. When i refresh it tells me ive attempted to already purchase this book and to wait 10 minutes before trying again. No credits used and no sign of book purchased. Do you need to use them within the audible website only? Seems the boos are audio books differ somewhat between the two sites.

    • Figured it out..could only use it in audible. All sorted now.

  • So I did all this, got 2 credits and got 2 books…that won't load up in my Audible app, whatever I try! Also I only got the 2 credits when on the US audible page not the Australian page. I just want to listen on my phone but it doesn't work

    • you need to sign out of audible and then at the bottom of the screen it says marketplace, switch to USA…… you need to sign in and out of USA and Australia depending on which book you want to listen to

  • Just got charged $20.37. Found this deal to be confusing as I couldn't even access my credits when I downloaded the app and I thought I didn't even have an active membership but that must have been for audible.com.au

      Thought i was the only one who did lol, I just contacted them via live chat and they said they'd refund it. So I'd advise to do the same.

  • just got charge the 20 as well, says im on the gold package now. I had cancelled prior to this aswell, dammit.

  • I cancelled this TWICE in the last few weeks and the POS dodgy punks still charged me. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Finally got it cancelled proper with the chat agent and he promised me a refund but WTF is Amazon thinking!?
