We currently ship our collections directly from the manufacturer.
This means:
Our delivery times may be a bit longer than normal. Generally, our customers receive their orders within 14 days. But to avoid disappointment, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
If you order different styles from us, they may be delivered separately.
The upside? This keeps our prices low, and means we can stock the latest styles much faster than other stores.
30 day delivery guarantee
If you don't receive your earrings within 30 days of placing an order with us, we commit to refunding the full purchase price to you (including shipping if applicable).
Free worldwide shipping
As a special launch promotion, we’re currently offering free worldwide shipping.
Additional duty may apply on delivery. Chicliving is not responsible for these costs.

Pre-orders
A Pre-order is an item that is not yet available from our manufacturers or is being restocked. We offer pre-orders to help you secure popular or limited edition styles and avoid missing out.
We ship pre-orders as soon as they are available. You can expect us to stay in touch to let you know when your item is available, and when to expect delivery.
If you are just going to ask an online chinese shop to ship us a pillow, why don't we just do it ourselves direct from the manufacturer?
