  • Here in WA, We are sadly really deprived of Many great Eastern things!!

    • you mean you are unaware of the amazing beef, lamb, chicken, pork, turkey and game bulk/pack delivery options we have in WA or you just want this particular pack from this specific company?

      • +2

Nope , not aware of it at all , could you share the details please … thank you in advance

        • +2

I'm not sure where you are located but we have amazing butchers in Perth.

My personal favorites are Princi butchers in North Perth; they also often have goat which is nice. Torre on bulwer street in highgate too. Not the Northbridge one! Princi/torre offer great quality and a really reasonable price. Otherwise Avon Valley Beef for large purchases (or a small one if you live close!). I don't freeze meat (heresy!) so don't want to drive 30mins for one steak too often =P

I, too, would like you to list these options.

        • Send me a private message and I will send you a short list too

    • Pity meatonline only delivers to commercial addresses.

    Gluten Free Bacon?

Now I really have heard of everything.

    • Smith's chips, gluten free…

  • The delivery cost stinks

  • +1

Averages out to roughly $30/kg, but the $22 delivery on top hurts.

    Hi Xev
I charge a flat fee of $22 to VIC, QLD and SA. From rural NSW to these destinations in under 24hours I think is more than reasonable. Considering my customers from these cities order on average 5-10kg of produce, if you went to your local post office this would cost in excess of $50 for express post next day delivery.

    • +1

      That's Fantastic!

But it still makes up part of the total amount due and is therefore valuable information.

Edit: it has been now been included in the price stated in title.

I don't really see why these are stated as the finest angus beef when I can't even see any marbling that is above 3 on any of the meats. These can't be the best that they can produce!

    • +3

Am pretty sure the marbling scale is for grain fed beef. I think (and I can’t be too sure) it’s an ad hoc representation of the fat you can’t see (ie the fat within the muscle tissue). This holds fairly true for grain fed beef (and actually not all breeds get marbling). For grass fed beef I think the marbling thing doesn’t apply.

With all due respect clubhonda I am not going to respond to that other than read up on GRASS FED beef.

  • +1

    and it's marbling qualities

  • Correct thanks Xev you are right

  • Do you ever have lots of Eye Fillet to clear?

  • Hi Taoz
Not normally but I do like to get as many people to try them as possible.

    • reply goes here :)

  • Have had excellent service from Cameron! Family is looking forward to our next delivery!

  • +3

so now every day my package doesn't arrive I can legitimately say 'wheres the beef'?

  • How much is delivery to NSW metro?

  • It would have to be too quality for that price per kilo
