        I can log in but when I want to purchase the error pop up.
        "Oops! We’re sorry but we do not recognise the RACQ membership number you have entered. Please call us on 13 1905 for your current card number."

        Called up and they dont know why and they said if this persist then may send me a new card

          I was having the same issue with my membership number not being recognised, but it's working now. Hopefully it's been fixed for good :)

      This is the trick to bypass that error, after you added the gift card to cart, paste this url to your browser
      https://rewards.racq.com.au/checkout/payment

      This will take you directly to the payment page, this may give you error, just open new tab and try again it will work. The only problem is that you can't add any credit card at the moment, their form is broken. So if you have a saved credit card you can just pay.

      They are upgrading their payment system and it is still not working with some prepaid credit cards for now.

    Payment using credit card has been down for 1 - 2 months and dont know when it is coming back, and DD to the ewallet is not convenience and no CC reward.

    RACQ did not have an ETA when it is get fixed.

        I have ANZ card (which RACQ said it is the most problematic) and since early June their CC facility is down.

        Can you try now and see if there is an option to pay with Credit card?

          You’re right, there is currently no option for CC, only eWallet funds. How annoying! It does say it’s expected to be back online by 19 July.

          Still no ETA, I asked this morning and here is the reply:
          Please be advised that for the meantime, we have removed credit cards as a payment option due to the errors occurred.

          Please note that another payment option that you have is to make a direct deposit via your ewallet.

          To transfer to ewallet - click on the ewallet icon located on the top right hand side of the screen and then click on ewallet cash.

          Please transfer funds using the BSB, Account number and your reference number provided.

          Please note that the removal of credit card as a payment option is temporary and once we have resolved the errors occurring with credit cards we will re-add this option to the portal.

          Unfortunately, at the moment we do not have an ETA but this will be communicated via the portal.

      If you log in and attempt to buy one you will see this notification.

      Effective 01/09/2018 the delivery fee will now apply to Physical Classic Gift Card orders.

    Emailed customer service and confirmed that there is a monthly limit of $5000 for all eGift CARDS purchased through the RACQ portal and specific limits of Coles- $1000 and David Jones- $2000.

    Just wanted to share I was able to purchase the iTunes voucher at 20% off using the discounted Coles e-gift card. I was served by a human and purchased other items at the time. The entire transaction was paid for using the gift card

      No, but you can buy Coles cards (at now 4% off) and then buy Bunnings cards while at Coles. I've done this with no issues so far.

      Depends on the gift card. Coles for example is only $1000 per month.

      Yep no more coles, they might need to update the list at the start of this post. Seems coles are pulling out of the discount card offerings, you can no longer get them through Suncorp.
