  • Naked Burrito - In a bowl (no wrap), w/ black beans, rice, cheese, lettuce, sour cream. Gluten free. 9.90 full price, 7.90 with discount.

Various locations around Sydney, just one location in Melbourne and one in Brisbane.

Feels a little like advertising to me…

Sounds like an absolute crock to me… a naked burrito ROFL

What next, a "naked pizza" where you get the filling chucked into a container and no crust?

      • Stranger things have happened in marketing. Don't let them get wind of the word "unbundled". You might get an unbundled sandwich at your local sandwich bar one day: here's the bread, and here's the filling, you do it yourself. lol!

        • Unbundled sandwich with delivery. Simply order online…

They post you bread, fillings, etc and you assemble it yourself at your leisure in the comfort of your own kitchen (no more time wasting to queue at the counter).

Naked Burrito = still making me ROFL, what a stupid idea!

greenpossum, you reminded me of this hilarious article involving a pizza with left beef.

      • However, people with gluten allergy might order it.

        • Everything bar the burrito and quesadilla is gluten free.

Man, now I want a quesadilla. If only this deal was actually good and local.

        • Hmm, what about the nachos, do they have them? I was curious and looked it up and in theory corn chips are gluten free but contamination can occur. (I don't have gluten allergy, so I'm just wasting time on the Web :)

      • What about people who don't eat processed carbs or have a gluten intolerance?

I mean there are cheese and beans in there but I like the idea of this.

  • not really i good deal IMHO…

  • still very expensive

  • If you live near Hawthorn (Melbourne) then High Tech Burrito is top quality and good if you need a Mexican food fix.

i dont really rate this as a bargain either… went to the one at macquarie shopping centre, food was ordinary and the service was dismal..

    • yeah I seen the macqaurie one, terrible from what ive heard. staff wander around out the back and throw things at each other, wouldnt trust the food. and they think that $5 for a corona when you buy food is good value.. pfft. can get corona for $3 at other places with a food order.
