        I know. It is very frustrating, and makes it impossible to find the cheapest items. It is especially misleading when the "cheap item" has nothing to do with the main item.

      This one is $7.89. Have bought from here before.
      No switch on these (not sure if others do) but it's solar powered so shouldn't matter. The old man loved it for his place.

      they work well… and are very bright… just don't drop them…

      I only have 3 left as a dropped 2 of them on separate occasions from bench height and they no longer work.

      Very cold white (I'd say around 7000K at least). Very bright.

          Nice look, but normally the solar panel is on the upper or the diagonal so it can get much energy, the light led is not easy to install with solar panel same side. I would check if factories can make it. Thanks for your idea, Trip.

          Fit a mirrored half circle over 1/2 the bottom light and it should do that perfect.

    They are bright but the quality is very flimsy. Glue comes off under heat and they are easy to break - one minor drop and KO. Don't tape them to the wall must be screwed. I would not recommend.

      Got mine attached to a letterbox with "Bear" double-sided weatherproof tape. So far so good after several months in the WA summer sun.

    I have 5, one of them doesn't automatic switch off.
    Similar situation as above, glue comes off under heat. Yes, must be screwed.

      It runs for about 20 hours when got full charged as instructions. I test it works for about one week in night, it depends on how often do you use it every night. Thanks.

      My light panel has actually fallen off, and i haven't bothered glueing it back on, and it's survived torrential rains of Melbourne lol (and still working).

    I have about 5 of these and they have been fantastic.. the only issue i've had so far is some of the solar panels have slipped downwards during the heat of summer. Nothing a bit more glue can't fix.
