      That is actually our option for insured warranty - we cannot find that option in the settings drop down menu. There is a free delivery option - just choose that.

        As instructed, I removed the ensured warranty option, but the $15.00 postage fee remains. There isn’t an option for free postage to select. I’m really keen to grab one of these M50Xs - would be very grateful if you could edit the listing to fix the postage issue. Thanks.

      We are looking at ways to provide a good balance between giving great deals without drawing too much attention to ourselves. For example, the Sony Kiosks are doing a sale on the WH1000XM2 at the moment and I know there will definitely be some repercussions on that (on the supply chain side) because the pricing is so open.

      When we have our membership pricing set up, we can privately match or beat these deals. SO I hope you will look out for this so we can have a nice balance.

      Any previous deal or post to support this claim? As far as I can see it hasn’t even gone below US $100 from Amazon yet. Surely someone would’ve posted it considering the last time the Aussie dollar was as strong as the US was back in 2013-14: around the same time these headphones were released.

        Its a strange one. I spoke to Audio Technica and they said for home use, the SR7 is a better set of headphones. The M50X is designed for studio setting. Thats about all I understood of the conversation.

        Also M50X sells better because it is trendier - lots of music celebrities wear it.

    can you buy replacement earpads for the ATX-M50X? mine have now gotten a greasy finish that mild soap and water doesnt remove.

    Update: Just wanted to let those who ordered know that I work close to where this company is based, and had my new M50X headphones personally delivered by the OP the next business day! Not only was this a pleasant surprise and great customer service, but the OP seems like a really nice bloke, and he’s clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about the products he sells.     i have the ath-mx50x and they are great headphones, but after 2 years the headphone (ear) covers have greatly deteriorated, and i get black spots on my ears after wearing them. I only use them inside, and was surprised by this rate of deterioration. maybe it happens with all on-ear headphones.
    Luckily, i have found replacement ear covers on aliexpress and when they arrive, ill be able to remedy this issue.
