Not all items qualify. I had makeup in my basket and all was well. At the last minute decided to add some pillowcases. Upon checking out the free shipping was now not available. Removed pillowcases and all was well again.

Just had my order cancelled due to "insufficient stock".
Maybe they didn't like doing free shipping on a $2.50 item.

Sometimes there's a stock error.
Online level is 2, but actual stock is 0.
It could due to error/theft etc
So your order went through, but then they went to grab stock there was nothing.

Yeah I had a basket with 2 pairs of shoes and one shirt. Did not qualify for express shipping. Removed shoes and express shipping option appeared. Oh well.
