      When something is “New” at Coles do you buy it straight away and scan your flybuys? If so you might not get anything for free as they usually give away free items of new things.

      :( That's annoying. I don't know how it works, but I do activate and buy alot of items that earn me bonus points if that helps? Do you just do a regular shop and scan your Flybuys but not activate any offers?
