        Are you OK - you've quoted the 'going rate' as the same as my deal (yours doesn't include delivery of $29.95 vs mine is free) that makes this deal cheaper

        Then you come back with what is essentially a grey import with US plug no warranty for $7 less than the local deal…yeah nah thanks!

        Need some help with your maths mate, both your options are worse… do you not get that?

        @urbancartel: Your deal does not say delivered. As for warranty, I have had to return one and Amazon paid all costs for replacement. I have bought seven so far (non hub version) and find the prong twist works fine. The first three I bought in 2013 got taken out of the cases and put in my NAS. The next four I bought the next year are off site back up of the same NAS. Performance is good. Price is 'fair' but not a bargain. What is most interesting is the price is only 15USD less than that first batch I got 5 years ago.

  Thanks OP, got one. I was about to buy the white version(for mac) from Amazon US AUD163 delivered, but in the end I went for the local stock

    BTW, all hard drives work with Macs - just gotta reformat them the first time you plug em in :)
