    I got this email from David Jones. Generally, they are sending the pillow cases instead of the sheet set. And they will do a full refund, which means the pillow cases are free.

    May I kindly advise that we have investigated further with our Digital Marketing department and regret to advise that the incorrect product name and description was published online. As such the product you have received corresponds with the correct product barcode (for pillowcases and not a sheet set), but in this instance the incorrect name and description. With this in mind, as we do understand your frustration at this time, we would like to offer you a full refund for your order and you may also keep the incorrect item.

  • I got the pillow case today in a David Jones labelled package, and I have a delivery coming tomorrow from Sheridan Online according to Australia Post

  • Received a pillow case as well, looking at my Paypal account now, I can't see any order from David Jones any more, like its been deleted so I'm assuming thats the refund?

    • Mine got refunded back to the gift card used to paid. Check yours if you still have it. If not, ring them or email them.

      • Thats great, too bad I never received the email from DJ telling me about how the sheet set was incorrect and meant to be a pillow case instead. Might just copy paste someone elses email and see how that flys.

          Lesson for me is dont buy from DJs if it is price error

          Ha. I'm not sure where I'm at wth this but yeah I just received a $49 PayPal invoice from DJ's.

          I was slow to email then about the covers as I was away for a bit but I did so about a week ago. I asked if I would get the sheets or a refund and how I should return the cases. Their response was I had not paid fo for order and they would invoice me - no discussion about what it was I should have paid for! I scratched my head and checked my bank statements and PayPal statements and could see no indication of a charge being taken?

          So yeah I was just sent a PayPal invoice but I'm not paying it for the cases … maybe if they were going to ship me the sheets sets I would but the invoice just refferes to an order number - so I'm not sure what I'm paying for :/ I certainly don't want another set of cases sent out.

        • @Elijha: I got that invoice today as well, I'm not sure how to proceed. I mean I could just pay it, then raise a paypal dispute through paypal showing how David Jones didn't fulfil the original order?
