It doesn't give free delivery - it just takes $5 off your next order. Very deceptive title with terms and conditions that changes the entire nature of it. No asterix or anything to draw attention to this. This borderlines on being an illegal practice.
I don't think Deliveroo ever charge more than the flat $5 delivery fee? I just added the code and it removed the $5. Which restaurant did you get charged more at?
The delivery charge is $5, I used it and it took off $5 for that order.
