    I always have issues activating these SIM cards. Porting number to/from Optus always takes 3-5 days to process. Customer service is non-existent. Not recommended.

      Same here… Avoid Optus, very awkward to deal with. Go with their resellers if you want their network.

    I bought a lot of these from 7eleven at $3 each. Activate new number in 10 minutes use 15 gig in 7 days throw away sim repeat.

      do they have these for $3? also is there anything to worry about activating heaps on ur ID always says do you have 5 or more sims already.

    The duration of 7 days should be in title… many would expect the normal 4 week or one month.

      I activate mine on the 45 day expiry option and barely get through the credit, YMMV!!! I don't agree that 7 days should be in the title, it does say 7 days down the bottom of the post, maybe OP could make it clearer though I guess that you only get bonus GB if you activate on the shortest one.

      7 days is one of 3 options. 45 days is also an option if you prefer longer expiry but you don’t get 15 gb data.

    I had been activating a few of these a week to use in a tablet and wifi modem.

    My last two activations only gave 500mb inclusion, and the terms now specificity date the bonus is one time only.

      Are you porting in using a number that's been with Optus before or doing a sim replacement.
      My experience is that both have results in NO extra bonus being applied so stuck with the 500mb.
