    These chargers are useless with iPhone ten. Cuts in and out until finally dying. Submitted a support ticket on 15th March and still No response.

    I have bought 6 induction chargers from Zapals.com all fail within a few weeks or are DOA. A friend bought the $35 Apple Watch and phone charger same as 2 if mine also DOA. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

    Support just strings you along using a pointless template asking for unrealistic and impossible photos and videos to describe problem.

  • For what it's worth, mine (from Zapals) works fine with my Galaxy S8. Takes about 2.5hrs to charge it fully.
    Not discounting other people's experiences, just saying I did not have issues.

  • A personal message promised to sort it out today. All you get is a template response asking for the same impractical video of it not charging over and over again

    • Seeing their rep was last online 2 hours ago but chose to not address your issue here, it's best to subscribe to their deals and leave further comments in their upcoming deal. This should get them to get their act together. You might also want to start a PayPal dispute and credit card charge back now.
