Man the Switch discounts are pitiful :/

I already have SteamWorld on PS4 and Vita, bought number 2 on Switch, ended up buying number 1 again on Switch at a sale.

(profanity) it, a dollar twenty in gold coins and I'll be buying it again on my 2DS when I get home. Cheers dude, I never check the old My.Nintendo site anymore since the Switch's "coming soon" section turned out to be smoke and mirrors.

    Classic Nintendo gouging. :(

  • Sure makes me wish Nintendo hadn't forfeited all my gold coins 18 months ago…

    • Yeah, I hate how they have a time limit now on them. That said though, the way the work on switch though has gotten better. They've started awarding quite alot of gold points for even downloaded games now, and the discounts are quite decent. I actually bought all three of the steamworld dig series with these coins, and the cool thing was that even though I used the coins to pay for it and had a good 20 bucks off on top of the discount the game was already sold at, the purchase even earned me more gold coins, so I've got some more off my next game. (might be a nice way around how to get hold of the more expensive switch games) - just but all the cheap ones first, let your points build up, and then get the expensive ones afterwards with the discount so that it's closer to what we wanted the price of game to have cost in the first place! ;)
