    I actually believe their reviews are completely unedited. Because you can easily find products on there, even from their own brands, that have nothing but bad reviews. I think you'd have to take the context into account though. If it was a $600 tool set with bad reviews, they'd be bad in the context of the price. If they're amazing value for $75 (or more likely somewhere over $100 where most people bought it for) that doesn't necessarily mean they're SnapOn quality.
