I personally used them a bit more than a year ago, at that stage it was free, and I didn't even think that it is not well-known fact, but after seeing this deal decided to post this, so might be handy.
In our case, a lovely electrician came and it took him around 30-40 minutes to change 21 bulbs (MR16, without dimming), filled up the warranty form and took some pics of the lights for the report. They will take your old bulbs away and will provide a warranty. All lights are working absolutely fine since then, one bulb was faulty at the start, but it looks like it was damaged during transit or so, I called them and they sent the same guy to replace it. If I'm not mistaken they used 8W bulbs at that time, but please call them to confirm.
