We had a small issue with a Lebara account the other day.
Call centre answered quickly (early evening) and the problem sorted immediately.
Impressive.
I bought one of the starter kits just for the international calls. The only number I am interested in… I can't dial O_O. It gives me a "Call Failed" message 🙁.
Lebara support tried to help me but they said it was very weird, so they ended up raising the error to Vodafone.
The next day I could call that number, and it was ok for 2 days 😄 after that… again.. Call Failed 🙁 so sad… Will try to port out and back again in a few months.
Lebara deals are getting meh…, really?, Now NO!
