Stay away from these guys! I made an order in February and after not receiving it and several emails back and forward with excuses it still never turned up and they stopped replying. Ended up making a PayPal dispute and got the money back. Never heard another word from them so I doubt they were still trying to even fulfil the order.
Not a lawyer, but I'm going to guess that this page doesn't comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

It is against the law for businesses to tell you or show signs stating that they do not give refunds under any circumstances, including for gifts and during sales.
Your rights under the consumer guarantees do not have a specific expiry date and can apply even after any warranties you’ve got from a business have expired.
