I doubt that they will check that you are a Trader Dealer customer since TD has gone into liquidation thanks to their parent company's (Opes Prime) actions.

    Last time the Bulletin deal only gives you $550 free brokerage. However I wonder whether anyone can use them all.

      Unless you have plenty of cash to throw around, I doubt anyone can use the full $1,100 of brokerage. There is a 20 trade limit, so unless each trade is more than $30,000 you'll be paying $21.95 per trade which means a max brokerage saving of about $440.
