First Deal post in Ozbargain so won’t be perfect but trying.
Not anywhere near to recent post/deal from Amaysim but I was looking for 24 Month Local warranty from Samsung and this seems to be best comparing to TGG and other similar competitors in the market.

  the amaysim samsung note 8 comes with a 2yr Amaysim Local Warranty.

  Am I missing something with this post? is it $300 more expensive than the amaysim deal?

    2 year Amaysim Local Warranty isn't really comparable to local manufacturer warranty. You'll also get charged more for screen repairs (reading the other Amaysim threads its about ~$250 for AU stock and ~$400-550 for grey import). It's just a question of whether you want to run the risk for upfront savings or not.

  Won't neg this but this isn't the best available price for Australian stock. It's $1089 with free Click and Collect using the PULL5 voucher on the Officeworks eBay store.

  Even the current 20% eBay sale at AllPhones or SydneyTec would yield a better price on Aus Note 8 stock right now.

  Wish Good Guys or Bing Lee would have another 20% off sale though! Would make the price sub-$950…

    Best deal for Note 8 was when harvey had it for $978 then 2 x $100 amex credits made it $778. Ps. Battery life is shit.

  Just wait til black Friday sale happens and hopefully the Note 9 will be heavily discounted like the Note 8 was last year - that was a great deal
