  I get a registration window popup shortly after going to the offer, then after closing that rego window, the offer information closes.

    I just booked for 22/23. It seems they only open the slot when they are sure that the room can't be sold.

  Probably won't go for this deal but have used Travelzoo in the past for decent deals e.g. Manly Novotel for $149 on a Saturday night with wine etc. Once you have an account you simply check availability/price directly from the link on the Travelzoo offer page and if good book directly. It's a bit confusing at first but works well once you understand how it works.

  E.g. for me I checked Sunday Aug 5th and it came up as $109 as per the offer. That's VERY hard to beat for Sydney including parking.
