    repost from reddit?

    • +3

Yes. OP has linked to it.
Also thank you OP. I have used headspace, calm and kept insight timer. Will give this a go now!

Yep, I linked the source. Thought the post gave a good overview of the product. :-)

  • Thanks op!

No shit, I was told I need to het a mindfulness app and do it if I want to see change with some stuff I'm dealing with.

This could not have come at a better time. Ha. Thanks!

  • +9

Even if you are currently mentally balanced mindfulness exercises can still be beneficial.

Just downloaded Calm but as this gives you free premium I am definitely excited to use this!
I had meditation recommended to me to get me through some stress in my life right now. Thanks OP!

  • Weird, I have signed up and when I applied the coupon it told me I already have premium access…

    • +1

Did you double-click the button? That's what it said after a second click.

  • Thank you for sharing. Been looking for something like this.

  • Thanks Op. does this promo code give you same access as $75 premium? If so for how long? Thanks again

    • Lifetime

I personally use Headspace, which is awesome. Will also give this a try. Thanks!

    • I use Headspace too! Interesting to see how this one compares.

  • Thanks!

  • Thanks :)

  • Just be aware of this:

Your Aware subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term and your credit card will be charged through your Google Play account.

You may need to cancel before a year is up. Not too sure.

    • +3

OP mentions that this is a lifetime subscription, meaning only a one off payment is required.

      • Is it free or is it a once off payment for lifetime access ?

        • I used the coupon and signed up via the steps in OP's post above. I got lifetime access and never entered any payment or CC info in at any stage.

        • -2

          @Melynda:

But if you're on Android and you have CC attached to your Google Play account they are able to charge you? Not sure although it does say lifetime access.

Added the fourth step for clarity.

    How to redeem:
    1. Visit www.awaremeditationapp.com/redeem
    2. Enter your name & email-id. The same email-id needs to be used to sign up/sign in on Aware.
    3. Copy - paste the promo code and submit.
    4. Install the app for your phone OS and create an account using the same information you used on the webpage.

    • Thanks so to confirm when you install the app create an account, then do I enter a new password and it would link my account with using the email address since I didnt enter a password in step 2? can you please confirm thanks.

      • +1

Same email address is used to connect the coupon step and the registration of an account once you're in the app. I used the same password in both steps for convenience.

        • what do you mean by used the same password in both steps? which step am I missing? there is only one step where it asks for a password and thats when you install the app and sign up using your email and a password that you create at this stage.
Is there somewhere else that I need to create or reenter this password?

        • @lancedefrance: No, that's just wrong. The first part doesn't need a password.

  • Many thanks OP

how do you download on iOS?

Clicking the link takes you to the store page which says you can only download on an iOS device.

If you access it from the iOS store on an iPad, will it be free or $75?

  • +1

Thank you so much. So going to give it a go 😀

  • Thanks!

I use 1 Giant Mind at the moment which is great, but I'm keen to give this a go too.

  • Valid coupon. User has been upgraded successfully. A nice APP worth to try.

  • In the actual app, it only gives me a notice that I am a premium user, but once you've created the account for yourself, you can login to the website and check your status; https://my.awaremeditationapp.com/plan
It gives me the information: "You are currently on the Lifetime plan".
    Thanks for the deal, OP!

  • App requires a lot of permissions, anyone know why?

  • Education system is so lacking in teaching "how to manage stress/mind/depression etc."
This should have been the basic education at school, college to be able to live better life with better managed mind.

  • Downloaded it and so far I think it's well organised, easy to access, and the guys voice is good.

  • I like this one. Also would recommend "Simple Habit" and "Calm". Both have a lot of free sessions, but also require payment for some "pro" sessions.
