Is the game good?
Its an OK game, Not as good as the other games IMO
Easily worth the price if you like playing online races competitively or casually in open lobbies. The single player is not as extensive as previous games but there is still plenty of content to enjoy. The game got an update with new events, cars and a new track only two weeks ago. Should be more updates coming in the future too.

Are PS4 games getting this cheap because of the recent PS4 jailbreak / piracy scene?
this game was never AAA, so never $99.95. other games that are cheap are cheap because they are old and new games are coming in the series.
piracy/jailbreak has not hurt ps4 sale as much as you would like to think. still the number 1 console.

My partner works at Costco and she says that it's not this price in any Costco across Australia.
However, I think you might have got a pricing error - Gran Turismo is on special, but it's $18 off, not down to $18…However other comments are correct, that Amazon is selling it for $15.
I bought it. Paid $17.99. Was no issues paid for it and collected at the kiosk.
It’s a decent game. I play 15 mins everyday to get a free car…..
