    good deals sometimes but their packaging is so DODGY - i really don't know how they get away with it

    e.g. i reckon if you bought speakers from them, generally you get them in a box and they ship it like that - i bet you they take out the speakers and just package the speakers all together in sticky tape and send it like that

    I've never had a problem with COTD delivery times, packaging or return procedure so I don't really understand the hate. I suppose everyone has a different experience, higher expectations or everyone is just bitter about not getting a unrealistically cheap PS3.

    People don't like cotd because their customers are often left frustrated from really slow delivery, having an item in their shopping basket and having it effectively stolen from them, or they have their hopes mislead from their marketing. Personally I've had all 3 happen to me, but if I want it and I'm free I'm gonna try and grab a bargain everytime!
