It looks like a pretty decent phone for the price. It's locked to optus but can be used with all MVNOs using the optus network (e.g Amaysim, Catch Connect, Coles Mobile)

OP's post has band 28. Could be an international version or something.
This optus model does not support 3G 850MHz and 4G 850MHz.

i picked one of these up awhile back - the battery life is pretty bad, even with low use and not removable either. It's a good backup, or one for a parent to tinker with.
Op might need one the camera in his phone is not too good.
