Thanks, been keeping an eye on Amazon for it. Only had the standalone when I checked a few days ago.

  • I was hoping one of these 'spinoff' games would take my pokemonGO experience into account.

    No luck.
    Ah well.

You can transfer any Pokemon caught in 'Go' to this game.

        Kanto pokemon only

      • Ooooo yes.

I have a fully completed pokedex in go.

        Should be fun :D

  • nostalgia is quite expensive it seems

Can someone try order the standard edition? I've been having issues for days. Says it doesn't deliver to my address. I've tried CBD addresses all over Australia. Same issue 😡

    • Same issue here when I tried a few days ago. Always getting the "doesn't deliver to my address" message.

Might be best to try Live Chat, so see what the issue is.

      • Yea, had a chat to them. Try again tomorrow is the solution. As a couple of tomorrows have now passed I don't think they're going to do much about it.

Happy to get this bundle but was hoping to have both pre-ordered in the event I change my mind.

        • Just tried, no luck in Townsville.

    • Yeah same, but I'm in no rush.

      • If you add a $10 item to the standalone game, you could use the new user code "AMAZON20" to get it cheaper. (NOTE: The "AMAZON20" Code expires on 30th June, unless extended).

Why didn't Detective Pikachu detect this deal?

  • For Wii U or 3DS?

      For Nintendo Switch

  • How are people choosing which version they want when we don't know the difference yet? (Other then the buddy Pokemon) I assume there will also be differences in what you can catch.

    • Ordering one of each. One for me and one for my son :)

        hi it's me your son

      • Spoken like a true Pokemon fan.

  • Isn't there supposed to be free release-date delivery with the Amazon AU Prime trial?. It's not showing for me in checkout

Edit: Spoke to customer support. They said this wasn't an eligible item for FREE Release-date delivery.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is also $77.67 from Amazon AU. If you add a ~$2 item, you can use the code "AMAZON20" on a new account and get it for ~$59.

    • Probably the cheapest, but maybe not by much.

We don't know what retail is yet, but most switch games have been $80, with a few being $90.

If it's $80, then big W and target have been doing $62 at launch. Great place to pick it up and support them doing amazing prices.

  • Question: is payment taken now or closer to release date for pre-orders?

    • Good question, been wondering myself. As a NAB credit card holder it would clinch the deal for me if the money was taken now.
It is unclear at checkout "either through a price adjustment in your unshipped order, or through a refund within 24-72 hours following the release date."

    • I wasn’t charged when I checked out. It’s likely the same as the US, they charge when preparing to ship closer to launch.

  • Price has now changed to $129
