      20kg is $56 return. If you are taking boards/ skis as well another $56. Last year during the same sale Emirates was still cheaper than Jetstar. Jetstar wont price match baggage.

    I just visited the site and it states "Fares are one-way and web-only." but they do have cheaper returns.
    eg Queenstown is $159 from melbourne and $92.61 return making it $251.61 return (average $125.81 each way)
    We paid that price in March 2017 so that is probably their lowest price to Queenstown.

      It doesn't have to be! Stay in hostels, use PT, find cheap cafes - done.

      Tips? Use choicecheapies for more deals. Delay buying any major electronics purchases to within 2 mths of your departure to claim gst back at airport. Buy Manuka honey there then bring back and re-sell at profit to cover your fare over.

    I am now in NZ after taking up the Ozbargain free flight to NZ offer by buying a case of Stoneleigh wine.

    I paid $NZ48 for a room at the Jailhouse Hostel in Christchurch and $NZ85 for a room at the Grapevine Hostel in Blenheim.

      The Jailhouse Hostel was built as a real jail in 1874.

      Now. it is a hostel.

    Last 2 times ive been for snow mid june i got lucky and booked a week before for $350 return
