Guys after the last deal on here I can now say the quality of this meat is second to none! At this price it's definitely a good deal IMO.

Great quality as we've had it before, but at about $30/kg all up, wouldn't a decent butcher be similarly priced?

  Meat in Australia is typically sold old rather than fresh.

  OLD stock is not bad thing. Most of meat need to be aged like a few to 4 weeks.
  Even you can age them with several ways like Wet or Dry aging. Those kind of aged meat can double or quadruple their price.
