  • I have an Optus $40 prepaid bought earlier this year, and I tried to activate it and port in a number from Boost last night. Unfortunately the activate web page quite circling around, keep on asking you to enter all the data again again. I called the phone number this morning 8 am. Promised to fix it. However until nuw: 8:17 pm, the sim still not be activated.

The strange thing is the I got msg from Telstra that there is a port out request, and the Boost lost signal since 11 am this morning.
So be warned about Optus activation system which is a disaster, as I cannot use my mobile for the whole day.

    • did the pack say Optus or Floptus?
