Does it activate the time of purchase or do i have the option to activate after a month?
You can activate when you like, I activated it just before my Lyca plan ended.
Sim and voucher need to be activated within 60 days from the date of purchase.
Wasn't this there last week?
I missed the last 'Large' by a day last week. I phoned and asked if they could extened if for me, I had 2 plans to renew. But no luck, apparently didn't want my business. Now I see this only a week later! You'd think someone down there would of known this was coming up. Any way moved to catch mobile, same price, similar GB.

The voucher will come through by email straight away once you place the order. To port in, you just need to visit lebara.com.au/activate and tick ‘PORT IN’. If you have a post-paid number you will need your account number which is available on your last bill. A successful port may take up to 4-8 working hours. If you need any assistance, please feel free to call us on 1300 126 122.
I did exactly what you just asked.
1. Get sim locally from woolies, you will receive the voucher code in an email.
2. Start Lebara activation
3. Port your number and select service type prepaid(for Lyca)
4. Put voucher code in the screen and done

yes it will stack to your current Large plan.
For stacking, do I apply the recharge coupon immediately after receiving, or do I need to wait until the current plan expires?

Dam purchased the 4 x $99 deals the other day for the family wish I had this one .
Did have a lot of issues with voucher codes took a week and many calls and hours to fix
New SIM card for sons port over came to WA in three days and porting from Optus took 1hour which was great
