Its a healthy meal service that makes and prepares diet balanced meals for you and delivers them to your address or a pick up location of your choice. I would suggest if you are a new user to use a referral code (mine if you feel like it :) ) first because that will give you $15 off your first order and then use this one if you need to order again say next week.
Have you tried other similar services like Muscle Meals Direct? If so, how do they compare taste and value wise?
I have used Muscle Meals Direct, 5.4 and My Muscle Chef. Personally I think My Muscle Chef is the best for both taste and price. If you buy higher qtys (I buy 2 weeks worth at once which is 28 meals) it reduces the price per meal a fair amount. There is also more variety as Muscle Meals Direct are very basic, you get vegetables or a carb choice with meat and a sauce. Where as My Muscle Chef you get proper meals like curries, pastas, stews, etc and there is a much wider variety of options.
So I've never used this app. Is it like Uber eats that the best way to make the most of this offer as a new user is to get a referral and then stack this promo on top? Assuming there is a new user referral bonus promo?
