  I just bought the aldi one and works great. Can't seem to justify the extra $100.

I think that it can do a lot of vac sealing without needing to pause between and having a double seal.

As ex-chef who spent his over 4 years in fine dinning and restaurants, those are not even "semi-commercial" vacuum sealer.

In commercial, only vacuum chamber sealer is vacuum sealer
