I have had problems with them and i have seen other customers arguing with the staff about the warranty.
The shop keeps delaying the return of warranty items by weeks.
T+C's are soooo small I can't read them. Illegal? What I can read is it seems only applicable to some brands and the credit must be used during the promo period. Also states T+C's available on website, where??
need to fix the title, the store credit is ONLY for certein unknown brand, cannot use on big brand.
Be wary of their 'warrenty' policy. They tried to extort another $35 out of me just to look at my defective tool which I only owned for two months
