    I brought a filter from these guys. Took them 4 months to send the product after 8 email and 4 phone calls.
    Please look at their reviews before buying, which I didn't do.

    Oh… I’ve used them twice for fridge filters / first time bought genuine product, second time non genuine filter. I didn’t have a problem with not receiving nor with quality of products. Last purchase probably 12 months ago.

    Can only confirm previous comments, they claim to import a filter brand from the us, which isn't a real us company, if you go on the Australian website from this filter company and check the domain you see it's the same company abn… Took them. Forever to deliver filters, Send wrong filters to start with….

    I echo the comments above. Purchased a pair of filters from them recently - took forever to ship (more than a month) and only after I followed up and then sent only one. Had to call again to get the other one sent. First and last transaction with them. Going back to the original filter cartridge after this experience. My Aliexpress transactions are more reliable than this outfit - terrible sales process and customer communication. You will waste more time than it is worth.

    I ordered during the previous sales. Delivery was slow but I got the item I paid for.
    I've been to the showroom warehouse to pick up too.
