Can't find this discount through Pearson VUE. Let me know if there is any cheaper way for ITIL Foundation.

    seems pretty expensive compared to Microsoft Exams etc.. I miss the old days when MS NT exams where $110 :P

    Is an ITIL cert still worth doing? Lots of process for not much gain.

      All large organisations in Oz use ITIL as a basis for their process. Understanding the processes and the parties responsible for parts of those processes is a good idea. Remember it's a guide line, not a standard. So every organisation doors it differently

        Im in a role where I hire people for a client facing service operation that is ITIL driven. If they have an ITIL Foundation cert, they are more likely to get progressed to the interview stage. So yes, its worth it for job opportunities, and helps provide you a rounded understanding of business operations from a support perspective that generally can help you as a PM, BA and Sales person/account manager.

    This whole course was basically an ad for their other ITIL courses. I can't believe people pay for this. But it's nice to have on the resume.

    Wow. That is ridiculously expensive for what the course + exam is. Thank god my employer paid for this years ago as part of a massive uplift in trained + certified employees. I think you'd be crazy to pay for this yourself.
