I think your mentioned one is better than this, you should put this as a deal, thanks!

Feel free to combine it into your post, or to post it yourself. I don't mind. Don't really have time to post it myself at the moment… and besides - whilst the 240GB is less $ per GB; the 120GB model is still good for some people.

  • Damn and to think a long time ago I bought this for 50 dollars
What's happened? why are SSDs so cheap all of a sudden? :(

      Too much supply.

Other thing to note is that eBay Plus is essentially paying for part of the cost of the SSD.

Normally you might pay $45 for this drive (quoted from MSY) but because eBay Plus is on, the seller has decreased the price of the drive by $10 dollars and instead added a $19 postage fee.

With Plus, you'd pay $34 with delivery paid by ebay. Without Plus, you'd be paying above average retail price.

TLDR: Ebay is essentially copping the inflated postage fee and paying for part of the product's price. That's just my crappy explanation anyway.

    nice.

bought 2 for $32.35 each ($64.71 delivered) using PLATYPUS 10% off $50+ spend

27cents a Gb. decent for Aus stock

    the 240Gb model can be had for $53.10 - 22Cents a Gb,

    • you reckon should i wait a lil more ? as they seem not beating the lowest ever yet

      120gb was $30

      240gb was $47

      • just grab them if you need them.

possibly SSDs are moving towards the same $$:Capacity movement that we saw with HDDs

        • That was a WD Green. Different brand and the WD Green is the lowest end of the WD drive range. This Kingston drive would be better than that WD Green any day.

        • I know where the Green stands. I was just assuming we were after the lowest priced 120GB SSD from recent deals.

  • getting a "This code can't be applied to your order" when using the PLATYPUS code (total is more than $50)
