FAQ's

Can I buy more than one of these SIM's?
You can stack up to 24 months of Lebara recharges. We recommend you buy this SIM pack plus up to three 180 day vouchers. Remember if you are on an existing Medium or Large plan, you can stack further but only up to 24 months maximum.

What about my existing plan?
If you are on Medium or Large Plan your current plan will still be active until its expiry.

What if I am on another plan?
Extra Small, Small & Extra Large Plans will be overwritten. If you need assistance with your account please call us on 126 122.

What happens Next?
Once you make your purchase, we will send you an email with your new recharge PIN/s. Recharge is the same as always, i.e. sending an SMS to 126 172, logging in to My Lebara, or by calling us on 126 123.

  PLS check with Lebara about stacking the vouchers.. I could not in mid June and been told it's 12 months now due to some technical issues.

  My credit from voucher is now sitting as a main balance and still trying to resolve this.

    That's the info I copied from the Lebara link so I really have no idea re that issue as I never tried stacking vouchers myself.

  I used one of these some time ago and can't remember when the countdown started for the first 30 days. It looks like they post a SIM and email a code, which you then use to activate. So I assume start date would be on activation - anyone confurm?

  Was planning to purchase now, wait apprx a month for my current prepaid to expire, then port in.

  Finally…last time I used Lebera, 1 day after expiry I received a warning text advising my number would be deactivated in 2 days if I did not recharge, so I ported out quickly.
