Top-End Logitech MX5500 Keyboard & Mouse $99 Delivered

210

Bought this from the Logitechshop via eBay for $99 delivered. Note that the price for the same item is $150 through the Logitechshop.com.au site - go figure?? As a comparison JBHIFI stock it for $199 (on-line) delivered.

Didn't see it in the description.

  • I think it's sold out, but G700 for $95 is pretty good too. The lowest is $119 on staticice.

not sold out, relisted, new link.

  • This has been listed for the last two weeks, not sure why the Logitech store wants to give ebay fees by listing it higher on their own site and $99 on ebay.

I own an MX Revolution mouse and love it, is this package any different i.e. does this use bluetooth as opposed to the wireless the individual mouse?

  • Any disadvantages compared to buying via LS's own website?

  • Listing ended :(

  • just bought one. only 2 left maybe none already!

    • Gone! Bloody hell I've got to get to these things quick haha

  • No, every experience had with the LS website was excellent, overnight delivery every time.
Assume they don't want chumps pricematching with OW so listing on ebay instead.

  • I have one to sell .. if anyone interested let me know .. I got this 2 weeks ago.. I can give it away for $70 as I have a microsoft one which I got gifted… I have no use of the logitech one .. so let me know if any one is interested .. Cheers VJ [0420677010]

    • Dude I'll buy this KB+Combo off ya for $70.

I'll even grab it off you today if you have it with ya. I work in Brisbane CBD too….though I doubt you have it with you today :P

the power of ozbargain..don't underestimate it

  • is it really that great? i'm in the market for one, but i cbf waiting on postage
i can see on ebay the Logitech mk710 is going for the same price anyway

    opinions?:

    • This is far better than the mk710, I bought one because (imo) the mx revolution is better than the m950 mouse that superceded it.

  • Yep, Im glad I didnt buy one last week when JB had their 25% off sale.

  • Just got one… one left

finally replacing my beloved mx duo…

  • Relisted again, I just bought one, 4 left at

  • REMEMBER, This is a very old model released 3 years ago.

This setup should have a normal RRP price of $99 and have a street price of $79.00. That's what the real value is.

We all have our own idea of what something is worth.
Micrsoft Trackball Explorer is the best trackball ever made and 10 years ago it cost me AUD$70.
Today, you'll see people paying >$250 for an unused one.

  • As mentioned the older revolution mouse released 3 years back I find far superior to the performance mx if it was the current one I wouldn't buy it.
