Heh, thought that myself. Google "Casio MDV-106-1A watchuseek" - very well regarded "beater" watch. Must admit I'm tempted, dunno if I want a quartz when the fleet's already pretty…let's go with "complete".
It's a great watch, nothing else really comes close in this price range if you want a 200 WR quartz dive watch with a screw down crown. I own one and have posted it as a deal a few times, like here for ~AU$56.00 shipped.
I'm struggling to call this a bargain though considering what you could get it for in the past. But everything has changed now with GST on overseas purchases & Amazon.com not shipping here anymore. It's probably not going to get much cheaper unfortunately, so upvoted anyway because you can buy a lot worse for more money.

Cheapest diver you can find, its usually around the $100-120 mark aud, but cheaper in the usa.
It's often low US $40s on Amazon.
$53 us, $71 au, but then I imagine tax gets added somewhere - how does that happen? Cheaper with amazon prime, whatever that is
While not spectacular and quartz powered, the Casio is the highest quality diver in its price range. You can actually use it for diving with it's screw down crown and 200 WR. It's quite popular because of its specs to price ratio and many a watch collector have one as a budget diver. If it gets dinged up or scratched on the mineral crystal, just buy another. Not sure if I'd pony up $80 though.
Warning though, at 44mm it's not exactly small.
