FAQ's

Can I buy more than one of these SIM's?
You can stack up to 24 months of Lebara recharges. We recommend you buy this SIM pack plus up to three 180 day vouchers. Remember if you are on an existing Medium or Large plan, you can stack further but only up to 24 months maximum.

What about my existing plan?
If you are on Medium or Large Plan your current plan will still be active until its expiry.

What if I am on another plan?
Extra Small, Small & Extra Large Plans will be overwritten. If you need assistance with your account please call us on 126 122.

What happens Next?
Once you make your purchase, we will send you an email with your new recharge PIN/s. Recharge is the same as always, i.e. sending an SMS to 126 172, logging in to My Lebara, or by calling us on 126 123.

      I am in Adelaide now, and I have been in Sydney for two weeks recently, and I haven't had any dropouts or any network issues at all. I am/was in the Metropolitan areas in both cities though, so I have no idea how the coverage is outside the cities.

      Really? Never had a problem during last 12 months. Just recharged last week after waiting nearly 2 weeks for my voucher in the mail. Emailed support and got a reply with voucher code same afternoon.

    I bought a voucher in June and applied to my account, but It did not extend my expiry date. I luckily checked today and it is showing my main balance as $225. I did not stack more than 24 months either.

    ** Warning ***

    Spoke to customer service and she said you can only stack up to 16 months. She also bluffed about why my voucher didn't get applied even though I have not exceeded 12 months.

      Sorry to hear that you've had some issues with plan stacking. We did have some technical issues with stacking, however they have now been resolved and you will be able to stack up to 24 months worth of plans. Please feel free to message me your details and I will be able to apply your plans if it has not been resolved already.
