        For my perspective, do not consume any mass gainer.
        Better to stick with one quality WPI, BACCs and creatine after work out.
        Certain components in mass gainer are officially announced that it will fxxx your body.

        Yep, just a cheaper way to sell protein with a filler.

        The only way to gain mass realistically is heavy compound movements, dead lifts, etc. I see so many guys at the gym with their shakes, doing isolated stuff on the cables, etc, and probably wonder why they don't gain size.

        The only way to gain mass realistically is to consume enough calories which a lot of people, including myself, really struggle to do. Mass gainers make it a bit easier.

        Not sure how stating the fact is being salty. I'm just not willing to spend 10 for shipping for a kg bag of protein, which is what I was going to purchase given I have never tried their products before. If you're willing and rich enough to fork out then go for it.

    hi mate, what filtering are you referring to? we do all the blending, flavouring and packaging in our own licenced dairy processing facility.

    Rice protein is quite good. Mix in some pea protein or something to ensure complete amino acid compliment.
