  • Good job. Wat does a fitness tracker do? Count steps?

    • +1

The Kellogg’s Fitness Tracker is a wearable device that will measure your steps, distance travelled and minutes of activity.

      • +17

and how much nutri-grain you have eaten.

        • 3 boxes at minimum

      • +1

        Does it tell time?

        • +2

          If you ask it, politely.

    • and upload it to Kellogs so they can keep track of you. :)

  • great

  • +2

Wow not sure I've seen a promotion with such an early heads up.
Haven't they had this promo before and people said the trackers were crap?

    • Yep, I got one of these years ago. They're just step counters, and bad ones at that. Better off getting one of the cheap xiaomi etc. bands, these are essentially landfill.

  • I saw those packaging on the shelf in Coles a month ago. It's probably no name tracker, didnt even bother to post.

    • But you posted that.

      Gotta love that community spirit.

  • +4

ok for free but half you guys own a Mi Band 2 which has all the functionality and more

  • +3

The prematurity of this deal makes me angery

  • Waterproof?

    • +1

Haha you kidding? It's probably got a 2 week battery before it goes flat.
Don't expect much from these. They aren't anything flash.

      • thanks brother

  • Same fitness tracker as the Milo one which can be had for $9.

  • +5

Gonna need to walk a lot of steps to burn off a bowl of Kellogg's sugar cereal (Nutrition Grain for men and Special K for women, according to the marketing).

    • +1

Was going to say the same thing. This stuff, including Nutri Grain is poison. Gonna need that fitness tracker.

    • I've always found the marketing amazing for nutrigrain. No other company has marketed SH!T LOAD OF SUGAR better than Nutrigrain.

Edit: Milo is on par actually

  • +1

Can't phones do this anyway with free apps?

    • +1

You could, but phones are too big for your wrist and heavy in your pocket for running.

      • +2

That's why you have arm bands for your phone, so you can also listen to your music while you run (and do GPS tracking of your route and buying a drink with Apple/Google/Samsung Pay), and then when your too buggered call for an uber to drive you home.

        • Still need your phone?

  • does it have a heart rate monitor?

  • Buy 3 Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain or Special K Products and Redeem free landfill

  • Here's a tip that will do more than wearing a fitness tracker that can't measure things accurately: stop starting your day with grain based food such as breakfast cereals. Try some meat and eggs instead.

    • +1

According to Kelloggs Australia, each 100 g of Special K Orginal contains 13.6 g of sugars. The 13.6 g of sugars (likely sucrose, maltose, glucose and fructose, mainly) in every 100 g serving of Special K is the bigger problem rather than the grains per se (rice (43%), whole grains (24%)(whole wheat, whole grain oat flour)).

      • that is why I use Nutri-grain & Weet-bix in making moonshine ;) 'cause of the high sugar content

    • That's doesn't really help with a balanced diet.

Plus most people already eat to much meat.

    • -1

Try some meat and eggs instead

Do this if you want to die early.

  • +1

Last time they had this promo, they ration out the fitness trackers, and every time we tried to get them, they were all gone on the release day, then you have to wait a week till the next release day…So missleading… more like a lucky lottery

  • if it was anything 'worth it' or 'good' it wouldn't be free in this deal…

  • Not worth it, compared to Age of Empires I. The best box of cereal ever purchased.

  • These are $1 delivered on ebay and aliexpress

  • Bought 3 and forgot to get a receipt. Awesome.

  • +2

$2 nutrigrain bars at woolies till tomorrow.

    just redeemed one.

  • Your Kellogg’s Fitness Tracker will be delivered within approximately 12 weeks.

Why the hell does it take 3 months to deliver something so tiny???

    • maybe they haven't made them yet

maybe they are waiting to see how many have to be made, so they make the exact amount; they spend less money that way

  • +1

It's finally arrived after putting a claim in last month.
