  Dammit someone snapped up the vouchers I normally buy

  this site is fine - a little situational as some of the vouchers are not as cheap as you can get elsewhere

  but others are - like the cellarmasters ones/village ones

  I have been using the site since the beginning of the year - prompt postage and good customer service

  the only thing I would suggest is you find a wider range of vouchers, and encourage repeat business

  these guys have to complete against ebay, but I find it so much easier to buy here - and often they are cheaper!

  I so agree the website is clunky - the whole pending order thing is odd.

  With the site slowdown - I lost a load screen

  I go for the village gift cards - $23 on a monday for a ticket + cocktail

  use card at 15% off (17 now) and its quite reasonable

    I think that gift cards are re used by stores so even getting one from a store could get you one with some scratches.

  all but one I ordered has had the pin scratched (where there was a pin)

  but I have not any grotty cards of the 6 I have ordered

  I did buy a $50 sussan voucher for my sister in law - it was in good nick

  might be best to e-mail them to make sure though - as you would not want to get atuck with it if you did not need

  aside from the clunky interface

  this site really needs to address the order system

  when you add a card to your order, it seems to take it off the inventory

  in the case of this promotion where the code was not applied properly, there must be a few orders that need to be cancelled/redone

  there is no cancel option, and there does not seem to be any mechanism to automatically cancel an order where payment has not been made

  this is a GLARING error (note caps)

  people can persevere with a clunky system - and great support can compensate in part

  but you really need to address this

  I love the idea of this site, but I so wish I could streamline your order system!
