Much better price than all the eBay sellers who have the PROXY code - they jacked their prices up just before PROXY activated.

  • Picked one up. Thanks OP

  • You could also use the (soon to expire) ebay.com (USA) PRIMOSALE voucher to get this for $72 delivered if you don't have eBay Plus

      • Coupon is valid until 4pm

The item url will be: https://www.ebay.com/itm/153095622177

willx has just pointed out that his won't work, sorry.

    • +1

It won't work. That code excludes Tech items.

      • Ahh, good point. sorry.

      • That's what I thought…

  • great!

  • +1

will be bettet if they have black

    • +1

Would be even better if they had a left-handed version

      • +2

It would be better if this also came with a lifetime supply of gold bars

        • Gold-Pressed Latinum!

  • That's a bloody bonza bargain, mate. Streuth.

  • Great mouse.

  • Bought, thanks, OP.

I had checked the PROXY deals and they all sucked.

  • I'm assuming not great for gaming?

    • +2

I'm playing Counter Strike Source with it right now… I'm dead and waiting for respawn (wasn't killed because of mouse!)

    • +2

Not ideal, laser sensor and very heavy at 150g.

      • +6

Thanks, explains why beatsntoons is respawning..

      • Surely heaviness is personal preference?

        • Or is, hence why most gaming mice come with customisable weights

  • Been waiting for this. A slight concern that the colour will show up grime and stuff but in retrospect my black MX Master from circa 2003 doesn't really hide the dirt and grime if you look closely so I guess just keep on top of cleaning it..

Also it's $75.05 with click and collect if you're like me and wouldn't pay for ebay plus

    • The rubber and plastic parts of the mouse that you touch will get worn and smoothed, losing its original texture. I hate that. The MX950 I had before this coated it in some polish that made it resistant to plastic wear.

  • can we get free click and collect from woolworth?

    • In ACT and all I saw was Bing Lee's as the option to C&C

    Best mouse ever
    Ok for casual gaming.

  • Awesome mouse!

Just picked up one from Officeworks in Maribyrnong - price-matched Bing Lee's $79 to $75.05

    • how did you price match, its 99 on bing lee website?

      • +2

Bing Lee separately lists the Light Grey variant as $79. Here is the link I used to show at OW: https://www.binglee.com.au/logitech-910-005193-mx-master-2s-…

        • Can you ask them to price match it even it's if it is a different colour on Bing Lee's website?

        • Were office works happy to price match even though it's a different colour?

        • @Bennyyboi:
Update: just tried to price match at my local OW and they wouldn't because it's a different colour :(

        • @AirJordan23: Yup, they didn't seem to care that it was a different colour. All they checked was the Bing Lee was complying with Australian warranty and it was approved.

        • @perrytcolts:

Yup I tried it last Friday but they said it is different colour

    • Hi, do you mind uploading your receipt for me to price match at JB?

      • Sure, will do when I get home today.

  • +1

    Compatible with MacBook?

    • +1

      Yep

  • Genuine question; what is the appeal of this mouse? I still use my old trusty Logitech MX518 (probably a relic now).

I only play racing sims on PC so it's for work, not gaming for me.

    • It's comfortable, fair few customisable buttons, thumb scroll wheel for left-right scrolling, and I love the ability to turn off the click wheel so it free spins (but you can set it up so it is clutched).

    • +1

Trusted brand and series of mouse. I'm replacing my MX1000 which is I think 15 years old at least. Wish I could find another one with a suitable price drop given the 'older technology' but the MX Master 2S looks like a close enough fit, even if I'll only ever use left, right, scroll and maybe mouse wheel scroll lock

  • Is there anywhere I can try this mouse out for myself? I've tried JB and they are all wrapped up…

    • pretty keen to try this ozbargain famous mouse

      • +1

I don't think you'll be able to test try it. I have both Mx Master 1 and 2S, they're the best mice for general use ever IMO! Really ergonomic and very reliable.

    • +1

It'll be hard to find a place to try it out, maybe some boutique computer stores perhaps?

Otherwise, I come from a G9x and am using the MX Master 2S as we speak.
It's definitely ergonomic. It's taken a few hours of constant use to sort of adjust my grip and technique but I'm happy with it. If you're the kind of person that sort 'lifts and shifts' their mouse as a way of traversing big spaces across the screen then this may not be the mouse for you. The high DPI on this mouse means that your technique should be using small transient movements to get the cursor where you need to.

      Hopefully that makes sense!

      • thanks guys- I think I'm okay with most mouse…except for the apple mouse when your hand needs to lay flat to use. hated that very much but otherwise I think I'm pretty average user?
