    Just for comparison the Chalambar is $125.34 at Dan's for a 6 pack

    It's a quality shiraz and a bargain at this price

  I'm sure that the Krug Clos d'Ambonnay is nice, so if you're obscenely wealthy sure - why not - but I doubt it's a huge amount better than standard Grand Cuvee which is a tenth the price (eg https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Krug-Grand-Cuvee-Champagne-750ml…) and my favourite special occasion drop. Of course the ideal drinking vessel for either would be the Krug Drinking Mugs https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/530ml-BEER-PINT-JUG-MUG-Glass-Gl… ;-)

    Krug sometime bundle glassware with their fizz at spring carnival and new years ….. they are a tulip type … smaller than 530ml.

    Glad I spent my younger years drinking dom and krug, now that the doctor says I need to make life style changes those days are gone.

    If you need some while on the run, cheap way to but dom and krug is from Woolworths liquor, they often do 20% for 6 bottle buys and don't price jack dom or krug , so its' cheaper than Dans.

    so get 5 bottles of Jacobs creek and one bottle of dom or krug and get the 20% off.
