      Requires employer to have volume license enterprise agreement with software assurance to open the home use program. So yeah not really an offer ppl can consume.

          If you've using a license to which you aren't entitled based on its terms of use, i.e. OEM or MSDN based, then you're not really any better off legally than if you'd pirated. Not suggesting that Microsoft would ever pursue you but if you're attempting to be "legit" then you're wasting your time.

          If you've bought ProPlus from a non-Microsoft source and you do not have a Volume Licensing agreement, the chances of it being legitimate are approximately zero.

          ProPlus is only available as an Office 365 subscription, through Volume Licensing, MSDN, the Microsoft Action Pack or the Home Use Program. It is not an ordinary retail product that can be bought any other way.
