          IP67 should be OK for a dip, IP68 should be OK for continuous submersion. Are you saying the rating is BS? Have you had one die under water?

    It has some brightness issues… After using for reasonable time, brightness is completly down.

      It's worth noting that on the model 2, it is not a continuous heart rate monitor, but one valuable on a button press.

    hmmm to get a new one or wait longer for Mi band 3?

    Mine is quite old and screen is hard to read (the date) But its waterproof..

    Yeah, screens are crap on these. Mine is impossible to read outdoors but having said that, I use it as a Step counter, SMS/Call notifications, daily reminders/alarms (vibrates), and general guide to Sleep. Works very well for all and battery lasts me way over a month before I recharge. Strap is average and the device no longer stays in the Band. I have clear Heat Shrink wrap around mine (slices of 18650 battery wraps) as too lazy to order a new strap!

      new straps on ebay are a dollar lol :p and yes they are fine as I use them.

        Perhaps a little more than a single dollar BUT "too lazy" were the most active words in my case :-).
        Sidenote: Did you order a original "looking" strap. Can you share a link to the one you got as there are so many. Some good reviews, some terrible hence gave up looking through boredom!

          @bongom Thanks for that link but am looking for "original "looking" strap" i.e. all black. A friend bought a couple of those in the past (may be different brand)?and wasn't impressed i.e. the coloured ring around the face cracked easily. All good and will grab a black one next time I am on GB or BG. Might even order a new one here and put my old one on the dog (hahaha). Cheers.

          Late Edit; I see they do have Black only. Will give one a bash, thanks!

    ordered on 24th and delivered today. Everything looks genuine to me and i would highly recommend the seller as well :-)
    I already have 2 other Mi band 2 for the last 1yr and still going strong. this is a gift though !
